This policy explains what information Forage International collects through this website and what we do with it. We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

What we collect

If you fill in our contact form we receive the name, WhatsApp number or email address, market, and message you provide. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send us there, under WhatsApp's own terms.

If analytics are enabled we may also collect standard anonymous usage data — pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring source. This is not linked to your name.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and to supply the product or quotation you asked for, and to understand which pages people find useful. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while there is an active or reasonably foreseeable commercial relationship, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you are contacting us from the European Union or United Kingdom, you have these rights under the GDPR and we will honour them regardless of where the request comes from.

Third parties

This site is served through a content delivery network, and messages sent via WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp. If analytics or email delivery services are enabled, those providers process the relevant data on our behalf. We do not run advertising trackers.
